cny, yo

i am updating because people are pestering me to do so. and i have, what i am deluding myself into thinking, is free time! :O i am convinced in a minute or two i'm going to find an uncompleted assignment/test-tomorrow/some project i forgot about. school has been stressful! but the hearttoheart today helped. i'm still really stressed and unsure (as well as worried about JGs, which is round the corner, frickin hell) but well, it's helped, as they always do *evil glare at sharon the giraffe hat wearer* [note to self: post picture of absolutely embarassing fellow debater. wait. it's pictures. oh yes. i have more than one. side view, equally hilarious]

i'm selling oranges with yvette tomorrow morning! haha. can't wait to extort exorbitant sums of money from poor forgetful souls! or maybe those "poor","forgetful" souls just can't be bothered. there's lesson tomorrow stillllll! *whines* eurgh. but free ice cream from the alumni is also a comforting thought. then again, if we miss it - it being the free ice cream, if you failed english compre - because of the quote official launch of the science mentorship programme unquote at ngee ann poly at 2pm, i shall just kill myself. ok. no. that's too harsh, not to mention painful, a reaction to ice cream. hmm. i'll jump up and down and shout. in the middle of ngee ann poly. or maybe at home. :D

cny deco has been fun :D flying cows and such, especially entertaining is stacey's ability to percieve cows as pigs. very entertaining. it was a little rushed but it still worked out. kudos to our resident artist, yingyu ( i pronouned it right!) those helpful people who stayed back also deserve thanks :D we got coke though. lol. 12 cans of it. hmm. i guess you could say there were perks to staying back till 545 in school the day before a math test.

i had lunch with my sec ones today!all of them! (they're going to give me the evil eye and tell me they're sec twos. too bad juniors! in my eyes, you'll always be sec ones. muahahaha.) anyway. yes. tricia was jealous but well. oh which reminds me, our sec ones strangely enough believe tricia and i to be the dynamic duo of all time. surprising eh? not that i don't work well with tricia (i think we do) but we weren't very close before becoming level cos. hmm. still. to quote one of the white badges, can't remember who though, "tricia without martha, is just not tricia". i laughed like shit at tricia's face when i told her that. anyway - i tend to digress - the main point here is I LOVE MY SEC ONES. i really miss them :( *sigh* at least i get to keep 5 of them. out of 23. grr. eh, i realise this is unfair. tricia gets 18 of our sec ones. damn.

i'm thinking of trying out for CAP. i have the SMP thingy, though (we apparently have to reach 100++ hours for the project) so maybe not. i mayn't even get in! haha. delusional thoughts :D cleo is strongly encouraging us to go though (read: brainwash) well. i'll try :) marie says it's fun. and i believe my twin shit :D (inside joke, eep)

so yeah. that's about it. my life is extremely monotonous/mundane/routine quotes prabs. haha. unless you count the occasional, scratch that, frequent tests/like ohmygaaaawd graded assignments (:O)/un-understandable math lessons as reason to squeal and rejoice. then you'd probably find my life one hell of a party. eurgh.

afterthought: i realise, i'm kinda looking forward to doing the family dance - despite the "who came up with this dance?" "which other school has an official dance?" and "wasn't there a line dance" that gets whispered around as we attempt to (successfully) master the steps. (tonal shift much, but still) it's a kind of school identity thing, and it's entertaining to watch the figure in the lls jacket turn a beat behind everyone. guess who, lol.

p.s. happy cny! i'm looking forward to laughing/snapping pictures at/of my beloved senior as she emcees. waha
